Combined, we have 213 children, 241 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
20 of us served in the U.S. Armed Forces for a combined total of 190 years.
76 of us spent a combined total of 300 years earning 19 Associates, 52 Bachelors, 19 Masters and 4 Doctorate degrees.
Our most-traveled? One of us has visited 50 U.S. States or Territories, and another has visited 60 foreign countries.
6 of us have birthdays this month, and 4 of us have birthdays in February.
Currently, 43 of us are retired.

I saw you in the halls of DHS, dearest Joe! I lived only 3 blocks away from you. Little did I know that you would join the Army after graduation to serve in Vietnam with your Dad. Little did I know, also, that you and I would end up stationed at Ft. Stewart in Hinesville, GA 23 years later, we were both surprised how full circle we had gone. We in the DENTAC were shocked of your passing away. You came over to my home to meet my parents while they were visiting us from Beechwood, Newport News, VA before your passing. I'm glad we could serve together. I will never forget you, dearest Joe! Gone too soon!!!! You will always be in my heart.
