20 of us served in the U.S. Armed Forces for a combined total of 190 years.
75 of us spent a combined total of 299 years earning 19 Associates, 52 Bachelors, 19 Masters and 4 Doctorate degrees.
Our most-traveled? One of us has visited 50 U.S. States or Territories, and another has visited 60 foreign countries.
6 of us have birthdays this month, and 6 of us have birthdays in October.
Currently, 43 of us are retired.

NEWPORT NEWS - Larry William Rodger, 61, passed away Saturday, May 17, 2014 at home. He was a life-long resident of Newport News. He was the owner and operator of Glendale Dental Lab since 1983. He also served his country honorably in the U.S. Army and attended Northside Christian Church. Larry is survived by his loving wife of 35 years, Judy Rodger; his son, J.R. Rodger of Newport News; a sister, Linda Schavnis and husband, Andy, of PA; two nieces, Lisa Lopez and Stacy Dougherty also of PA; his grandson, Alex Rodger of Newport News; and his dog, "Benny". The family will receive friends from 6-7 p.m., Thursday, May 22, 2014 at Weymouth Funeral Home. A Graveside Service with Military Honors will be conducted at 11 a.m., Friday, May 23, 2014 at Peninsula Memorial Park by Pastor Larry Jones. Arrangements are by Weymouth Funeral Home. .
